1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bat88 platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses bat88 services in any capacity. By creating a bat88 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the bat88 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the bat88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing bat88 from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bat88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bat88 platform.

bat88 takes its obligations regarding underage gaming seriously. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source where technically feasible.

3 Account Registration

Each player may register only one (1) bat88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. bat88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bat88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bat88 may result in account restrictions.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your bat88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. bat88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify bat88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bat88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

bat88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bat88 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. bat88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Prohibited Deposits

You must not deposit funds that originate from:

• Criminal activity or proceeds of crime
• Payment methods not registered in your own name
• Credit cards or borrowed funds (bat88 strongly discourages gambling with borrowed money)
• Any source that would constitute money laundering under Philippine law

5.3 Deposit Limits

bat88 may impose deposit limits on accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the account settings panel. bat88 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. bat88 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may vary.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals are processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• bat88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

bat88 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to bat88's VIP program terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bat88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bat88 platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

bat88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat88 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bat88 platform — including but not limited to the bat88 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bat88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bat88 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bat88 content without prior written consent from bat88.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bat88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bat88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or system errors
• Interruption or unavailability of the bat88 platform
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the bat88 platform
• Any losses arising from events beyond bat88's reasonable control (force majeure)

bat88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bat88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bat88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact bat88's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. bat88 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bat88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
